Where is the fuel filter on a 95 oldsmobile 88 royale?

This car started gradually loosing power, if you come to a hill it drags and acts like it wants to cut off. My son got in it the other day,drove down the street and the car died on him. we have not been able to start it back up . it tries to turn over but won't.
