Declaring a street caution on a holiday visa?

I was given a street caution last year when i was caught by a sniffer dog at a train station, i was given a street caution as a result, this is my only offence. I would like to travel to the states this year on holiday and would like to no if i should tick the "have you ever been arrested or convicted as a result of a controlled substance" box... thanks
