Car trouble, 1993 trans am, cutting out?

i have a 1993 Pontiac Friebird Trans Am and it cuts out on me completely, I have changed the fuel pump and its relay and distributor, so now I'm stuck wondering if it can be the computer ECU I'm guessing if that's what its called? Also one time the A/C would turn on and off many times when the dial was at "OFF" if the computer is the problem where would i find it in the car, also could a bad jump start be the cause from the start by frying the computer? sorry for the long question, anything will help THANK YOU!
