This is my college essay, how is it so far?

The main point of your essay is to show the colleges something about you, not to tell them something about you. This is basically a list, and they get enough lists in your actual application. Pick one experience from the list and create a story around it, and really get them to feel like they are in the moment with you. Make sure you pick something you are passionate about, and make sure you can tie it back to how it affects you as a person. Your goal is not to impress them with everything you have ever done, but to show them your personality. In this essay, you just seem arrogant.
