Is my dog dying of the venom?

A killer bee brutally attacked the young sweet chap. I was unaware of their true power, but whilst we were frolicking in the woods this morning an airplane carrying nut honey was flying above. Both squirrels & bees were mad with jealousy. I attempted to stop a young baby squirrel from jumping into a pond, but as I went to save the poor fellow, my dog ran off and tried to bite the bees. He was stung approx. 21 times. It is just us & my smartphone right now, waiting for a horrible end. Can anyone send someone up?
