ADS Instant HDTV PCI Driver?

I have ADS Instant HDTV PCI on my computer and on the Device Manager I have a little yellow caution symbol. So I updated the driver and when i updated it, Microsoft told me that it still wouldn't function correctly and gave me error code 10. Is it possible to get the driver from somewhere so it will work"?
