93 grand marquis v8 110,000?

Is lurching hard ,speedometer going crazy,not accelerating verry well.almost feels like it wants to die or does not want to go but still does.Ive had it since feb and it would act like this every now and then,but now its always.i take care of it w regular maintaince.a few sugestions have ben fuel pump,vacum hose ,spark plugs or wires .any sugestions from you guys thank you! I really apreciate it
