How do I get all my fish to eat, instead of just one?

I just bought a new 10gallon fish tank and four tropical fish to frolic within it. When it's feeding time, only my Molly races to the top to eat the tetra fish flakes. The other three show very very little to no interest at all, eating maybe one spec (if even that) every feeding interval once a day. I'm afraid my Molly may die from overfeeding, he eats almost all of it. I try to encourage my others to eat, but they refuse my advances. So far they are 3 days old in my tank. This is my first time owning fish, I'm curious to know if there is anything I need to do to fix this problem?
