My laptop wont connect to wireless internet or Ethernet cord, please help!?

my HP laptop runs on windows7 home premium and a few days ago it stopped connecting to the internet, ill look and there is a yellow caution sign over the signal bars and it will either say "no network access " "no internet access" "limited access" or just wont connect at all, ive tried turning off all internet modems and routers and computers and waiting 30 seconds, ive tried to use windows update, and ive also tried using a different Ethernet cord, NOTHING WORKS and i looked at my wireless driver and everything looks fine, i don't know how to update them and i also don't think i can because i cant connect to the internet, please help me.
