My 1995 hyundai accent?

i have a 1995 hyundai accent with a little under 155000 miles but it still runs great sometimes, sometimes when i start her she runs great has all kinds of power but then other times i start her she just lacks power like seriously i recently did a fuel pressure regulator a fuel filter , spark plugs wires and coil pack sometimes when im taking off she kind of stalls or feels like she misses my check engine light comes on but then seconds later shuts off but it only comes on when im accelerating any ideas let me know
