Are their any zombie/post apocalyptic survival movies/video?

I know it's a weird question, but I really like zombie movies and all. So, I know their are books but are their any movies that teach you how to survive a zombie outbreak, if there is none then what about post apocalyptic survival guides? I remember watching a show on History channel, or I least I thought it was, but I only watched the end where the guy taught you how to make diesel fuel for a car from grease or something like that, I can't really remember. So are their any? Thanks.
