97 LeSabre Acceleration Hesitation?

I have been experiencing this problem with my car lately. It happens mostly at stop signs and it only hesitates for a quick second. I have done some research and found out it could be spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, injector, or carburetor. What I want to know is are any of these repairs costly and can I do any myself? Thanks for any help.
