Should i "proceed with caution" with him?

He is pretty perfect lol ! I wont go into long drawn out details but we all know that feeling when someone seems made for us . But im worried , i feel some of the worry is from being hurt so much and i keep thinking "theres GOT to be something wrong with him" lol ik thats bad thinking... But he seems to have lots of friends (including girls) and has "a wifey" and ya know all the lame stuff we do .... He has went after me pretty hard but who is to say he isent doing the same with another girl ? Ppl already say him and i will be together cuz he is always talking abt me apparently but idkk... I get a worried feeling. What do you think ? Am i just being paranoid ?
