Should "morning after pills" be included in the RH bill? - Great contraceptive. (abortion pill)?

Also remember that the morning after pill should really, at most, only be taken TWICE. There are enough hormones and chemicals in those pills to seriously mess up a woman's system. Taking it once is even pushing it. These pills should just be as they are, and not put on any kind of bill because the only times a woman SHOULD be using them, is rarely ever...2 times, or maybe three at most.
