I want an Electric Motorcycle?

I'm 14 and I'm looking for fairly decent and cheap Motorcycles and I was looking at a Native GPR-S but those are built in California and I live in Oklahoma So that Idea is kinda blown. So where can I get or make a Electric Motorcycle or good scooter. I'm kinda basic in Mechanics and just started getting interested in EV's. Reason I want a EV Motorcycle is cause Its 1 cheaper to charge it then to buy gas every trip 2 I like to be different 3 Idk I really like Electric vehicles/alternate fuels
