I just got toxic liguid on my skin what do i do?

i was outside spraying a big hunk of ants on my steps, i was using this ant repellent called AntOut and i got some on my finger. I checked the Caution label a few minutes later, and it said that if you get it on your clothes take it off, and if u get it on your skin, rinse it off emediatly with water for 15-20 mins. So, i read it and washed it off with soap and water, did it cause any harm at all?
