How much is a 454 BBC worth?

I have this in a 19' Tahiti jet boat, it will come with MSD ignition (6al i believe), MSD coil, MSD distributor, Tunnel Ram, dual edelbrock carbs, taylor 10mm wires, edelbrock fuel pump/fuel reg, stock heads. Just need a rough idea if i should part the boat out or sell as a complete unit. Engine has about 120hrs on it. Very nice and clean/polished.
