How can I lose my pear shaped weight?

Do a lot of cardio, like running, jogging, elliptical. Eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day is good to keep your metabolism up. Make sure the food you are eating is healthy and make sure you're getting all your recommended dietary needs (like protein and dairy and stuff). You can find good meal plans online if you search for them. You don't have to start out running, just work up to it. Do strength exercises like lunges or squats, and try out yoga!
