Bit of a CRB Check Issue. Any help?

UK - It is not on your record because you were under 18 and were not charged with anything. partner works in security and needed a CRB and he did serve time for theft over 20 years ago but it was spent and did not affect his work but previous to that he did have similar to you which was a slap on the wrist and this was not on his record. The only things that appear on your record is crimes you have been charged with and appeared at court and the outcome of that. We are in Scotland. Good Luck
